So Dialed has established this privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used, which may be updated by So Dialed from time to time. So Dialed will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice of changes on the site.
We respect your privacy and we strive to meet a common sense standard for information practices: we gather information about our users only as needed to support our service, and we use that information only in support of our service. We do not gather information for its own sake, nor do we disclose it externally except under specific circumstances described below.
1. Protecting your privacy
When it comes to protecting your privacy, we commit to the following:
- We will not share any information that you provide to us with any third party for marketing purposes. We may share aggregate, non-personally identifying information with advertising or other partners.
- We will not send you any unsolicited communications. All marketing communications are opt-in only.
- Password protected account information is not accessible to our support and admin staff without your permission.
- We will not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If a user provides information indicating that they are under 13, we will not store or use that information.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience and information. Third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following types of data to support our service:
- Setup data posted to the app. By default, setup data is private; certain setup data may be shared by you or other users.
- Aggregate data from both public and private setups, which we may use to improve our service and provide insights to users.
- Your email address and/or phone number for account authentication, to send you transactional notifications, and to communicate with you about your account.
- We do not collect credit card or bank account information directly. This information may be held by third-party payment processors.
- Information you provide to us, such as when you use our feedback mechanism or contact us directly.
- Standard web log information, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, URLs viewed and time spent.
- Third-party cookies and web beacons may be used to serve advertising and to measure its effectiveness.
3. Data we store
We store the following types of data to support our service:
- Setup data, race data, and other user-generated content is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Web log data is archived indefinitely.
- You can access and update your profile information at any time within the app.
- We do not guarantee complete security of information transmitted to us over the internet or stored on our systems.
- Your data may be used for device synchronization and backup purposes.
- We will not share individually-identifiable information about you with any third party without your explicit permission, except as described in Section 5 below.

4. Archiving by search engines and third parties
Search engines and services such as archive.org may independently archive So Dialed website content that is publicly available. We have no control over what information third parties may archive independently of us.
5. Circumstances under which we will release information
We will release your information under the following circumstances:
- If required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by law enforcement or government authorities.
- To enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of So Dialed, our users, or the public.
6. International users
So Dialed is based in the United States and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our site or service, you consent to the transfer of information to the United States and other countries outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country.
